Stunning vintage 1960's silk velvet dress. Empire waist dress deep blue velvet top with an emerald green silk bow at the high waist falls into a floral print silk skirt with a mix of blue, green, off white and red. Lovely tapered bracelet length sleeves are so elegant. I wish you could touch this dress it feels exquisite. This dress comes from one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in DC so it is no wonder it should be such high quality. A true 1960s floor length gown. Zipper at back and hidden snaps to close.
