1980s rainbow polka dot silk blouse by Jaeger comes with matching fringed sash that can be tied a belt or used as a scarf. Finest quality silk as this was an iconic British designer brand of the 1900's- 1990s. Jaeger still exists but not in the same quality or capacity as before. In the area of DC where I live and source vintage clothing the brand is associated best with the upper crust country club wives of yesteryear. Anyway brief fashion history lesson there. This is a very fun blouse of superior quality! Lovely one matching button cuff and similarly three buttons to close at back of neck. Best fit Small. US Size 4/6 Please check the measurements below.
