the cutest vintage newborn button-down sailor shirt, white shirt with blue collar and a patch at the side with helm and anchor. probably late 70s early 80s. there is one lower button missing, i will see if i can find a replacement, if not maybe you can, its tiny white button. label reads newborn - 24 months or up to 14 lbs, buy this when baby is newborrn or before and let them grow into it.
