Vintage Pleated Wool Skirt with a tartan plaid, ankle length. Perfect for winter and fall. Zipper and buttons to close at side. Does need mending there are two holes I noticed and one is marked for you the other is smaller and not marked, I only found two on the back of the skirt but there could be more in the pleat folds though I did not find any. Best fit 27" waist please ignore the size 10 label and use measurements below.
