Wonderful vintage 1980s rayon cut out cardigan type thing. cover up? statement piece for sure. Floral cut out design at shoulders and sleeves, fun bat sleeve cut is very 80s. Rich green color, maybe teal? People will stop you and compliment you on this. And its so easy to just throw this over a simple tank and jeans or black dress and instantly your outfit goes up a level. One size bu Large xLarge will be a more comfortable fit.
